Hi there! Almost a year ago I did a 5 day fast with only fresh lemon juice mixed with equal amount of Grade B maple syrup and much water in a container. I followed the fast with a Liver Flush exacted as Clark describes and had good results! I am actually doing my 2nd flush ever today (so am obviously looking at the message boards today!), but with only a 3 day fast this time. I hope to do this twice a year, but I think I'll do the FLUSH once every two weeks for about 3-4 weeks in a row. Any comments...? Tweet
