Is it cancer or what is it?

My husband has been fatigued for months and has had back pain. Just recently he has been "fluish" with a temperature of 102.5 and nausea. We took him to the doctor and he had an enlarged liver and was a bit jaundiced. The jaundice has disappeared but when the doctor did tests on his liver functionings it showed that everthing that way was normal. What else could cause a liver to be enlarged and for him to be jaundiced? Tweet
