enlarged liver and had jaundice

i have a husband that had a temperature of 102.5 and jaundice for 2 days. He has been very fatigued and lost 10 pound in 3 weeks. We took him to the doctor, he's liver was enlarged but no jaundice left. They took blood tests of the liver functions and all came back normal. What could it be? Tweet
