I had a patch that covered my elbow, and was so bad that It cracked, and bled. My scratching it didn't help I'm sure.

Soaked my elbow while watching TV, or during the day time when I had time.

The eczema healed within a couple of weeks. The secret is to keep it moist with CS. Soaking it is best, and perseverance.
