Hi Ruffneck,
Yes ! Pineapple has been most effective - preferably fresh organic and chase it with some pumpkin seeds. I had something large enough for me to feel it rolling around, a Tapeworm I'm thinking - it DID NOT like pineapple, pumpkin. All else on board was not quite doing the job for this critter, but a chunk of pineapple and seeds daily for about two weeks put an end to this activity. It may not be best to do this sweet fruit while battling Candida but I did not try until I had lightened the Candida load quite a bit, and had resumed alkalizing pretty steadily. It is true that pH plays a big part in all this - I was below 5.0 at the start. Although it is a hassle to cut up the pineapple - well worth it !
