Seek2clean, I don't have much to add to your regimen. It seems you are doing some great stuff. Maybe others will have more experience to guide you. But I did want to say that your story was very inspirational to me, and I admire you for your courage to continue on seeking good health after you have been through soooo much! I said a prayer for you after reading your story. I too have a long way to go to regain my health. I've been very ill for 20 years. Curezone has been a huge help to me too. I am doing a lot of the same things you are doing that I have learned from curezone. I also felt very alone in my health problems, until I started reading on curezone and discovered that there were many people going through what I was going through in the world.
