I think as long as you can create your own scripts with a GB4000 you'd be able to use DNA frequencies. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
You have to purchase them from:

Click on 'Frequency Sets', then 'Human Pathogens'
I too am dealing with Babesia and Lyme. Just fyi... I started using Neem and it's worked marvelously for Babesia.
