An alergic reaction should come immediately. I was talking about dried dates, I hate fresh dates. You can do the mono diet per meal so eat one type of fruit at each meal such as strawberries for breakfast and apples for lunch. Maybe bananas for supper.
I would suggest leaving out the dates for a few days and see. It is up to you but the Elimination Diet is the best. If you are new at being fruitarian it takes knowledge and knowhow. Go to my forum, Sara's soup kitchen and read the tons of articles on being a fruitarian. Fruitarianism is more than just fruit. Such as read the diet of David Wolf. He gives alot of insight into the true diet. Look at the nuts and greens aspect. You cannot jump into the fire till you have knowledge.
