Re: amazing fasting&raw food transformation

Wow DSR, calm down man. In the old days, being skinny was in. Now adays it just is not. I look at her face and see bones and I want to see sunshine. I don't believe a person should be judged by mere pounds. I feel that health is from inside.

Now DSR, I am not anything close to MH, and this is my first fasting group and the instructions come directly from MH archives. He is the one who stated if you are hungry to eat nutbutter and fresh pineapple. I revised my fast when I read his comments because he is the expert. What I want from the first fast and please come join us, we miss you, is a practice run. If I told my group you can have four oranges in the morning and four at night, nobody would come and join me. So I made a really very simple fast. Something tolerable and then they want to do a longer one. I will be doing a longer one than seven days. I am new at this fasting thing, so give me a break.

I agree she looks one hundred times better than before and she lost the weight and she lost the drug use but being thin is not the answer. Going raw entails alot more than being thin. It is lifestyle, it is faith, it is inter soul. When I got real thin, my friends told me I was ugly so I put on a few pounds and my face filled out and I looked a hundred times better. I been there, done that and it is so not necessary. To be healthy means having strength and energy to run to have fun and to laugh. It doesn't mean being skinny as a rail.

I don't profess to be right but I do profess to have an opinion. Goodness brings more than badness. A toxic body is full of anger, I choose to be calm. Lord, I just did tons of precleanse. Check the archives and you will find the fast I prescribed for my people are from book 1 and MH himself.

Lord, I love MH, he is so good.
