Geez Louwiez, this girl is transforming she is becoming what we have been told to become on this forum, A FRUIT EATER, NO HERBS< NO DRUGS,NO MEAT< NO VEGTABLES JUST FRUIT< NOW WE ARE BEING TOLD IT IS NOT HEALTHY??????????????????????????????????????

This girl has more fasting experience than I would say of 99% of the people on this forum. MH you want to talk about the insights and things that come to u when you do your short little fast with nut butters and nuts and seeds with meals when it's convienant. Think of the insights and wisdom and people that have come from the past to help her. This girl is doing what the old authors of the past speak about, ridding her body of the old junk, so she can rebuild a new one. You dodn't tear an old house down and then rebuild on the old foundation do you?
