Re: Should I salt load even if I don't have detox symptoms?
You'll notice retention. If you don't pee a whole lot when you go - that's a sign. Mid-back pain - that's a sign. Many small nuiances in the body give you signals that it's not ready to detox that heavily or that it needs to flush.
I'd so do the salt solution in water. How much salt loading you need will be tantamount to how toxic you are and how much has been let lose into your system. Watch your body symptoms. Look up Newport's posts (and many others for that matter) on which flushes/supplements to do for which detox symptoms. There are a few variations on the theme for different metals. For now, when you feel tense, super angry, nervous, headache-y, do a salt flush.
This is a quick cheatsheet from a
BSA message by Newport:
- if bromine use salt
- if adrenals use Salt + Potassium + VitC then get rid of mercury
- if lead use +3g ascorbic acid + cal + mag
- if mercury use +3g of MSM then buy some DMSA
- if trichinosis use zapper, rife is better
- if mycoplasma use zapper, rife is better by multiples
- if radiation use boron, but DMSA is a must to eliminate uranium
- if TB use IP6 and VitC
- if chronic inflamation use Turmeric, Bromelain and Quercitin
- if EBV or CMV kill flukes with zapper/herbs
- if Lyme use
Colloidal Silver buy Rife machine
- if solvents and broken NAD cycle use B2/B3
- if thymus toxins aka MYASTHENIA GRAVIS, kill Schistosoma mansoni get SCIO treatment
- Bartonella\Brucella buy rife machine
