You beat me to the punch...I was just gonna post about it!

Pretty good results, but it was a pretty rough flush! No ralphing, but I had a headach and frequent waves of nausea that just wouldn't quit all day yesterday...feeling WAY better today! Yesterday only passed a few dozen green n' tans...most the size of lentils and a few big peas...also some seed-like critters. But got a whole bunch more today when I did a colonic on myself at work. Unfortunately, stuff goes through the tube too fast to count and it's a little hard to see when you give yourself a colonic...but passed several white things...not sure if they were stones or parasites...and also passed some hard ones...heard them thudding through the tube. Those better have been stones...if they weren't I think I must have a snail infestation...LOL!!!

Noticed a couple of interesting things this time...ears got really hot a couple of times, eyes were stinging most of the day yesterday. Energy is much better today and my sense of smell is also much stronger...which can be an occupational hazard for me...LOL!

I'll be back at it in another 2 or 3!
