Pretty good results, but it was a pretty rough flush! No ralphing, but I had a headach and frequent waves of nausea that just wouldn't quit all day yesterday...feeling WAY better today! Yesterday only passed a few dozen green n' tans...most the size of lentils and a few big peas...also some seed-like critters. But got a whole bunch more today when I did a colonic on myself at work. Unfortunately, stuff goes through the tube too fast to count and it's a little hard to see when you give yourself a colonic...but passed several white things...not sure if they were stones or parasites...and also passed some hard ones...heard them thudding through the tube. Those better have been stones...if they weren't I think I must have a snail infestation...LOL!!!
Noticed a couple of interesting things this time...ears got really hot a couple of times, eyes were stinging most of the day yesterday. Energy is much better today and my sense of smell is also much stronger...which can be an occupational hazard for me...LOL!
I'll be back at it in another 2 or 3!

This is a reply to # 134,611Thanks, SB...but it wasn't my first...I started flushing years ago, but never did a continuous series of flushes. Each flush has been different and produced various results...I'm going to keep at it until I'm stone-free!

Sounds like a pretty good flush,that much more crud out of your system!!
I had a rough nite holding it down too,I think it was the new brand of oil I tried.I used to use light,but then realized it didn't say extra virgin cold pressed.
Hot ears? That's a new one. Maybe you will make the cover of "Ear" magazine.(check out the centerfold with the really hot ears)
I noticed Tracey mentioned heavy metals.I too have that concern.I want to have my fillings removed but want to clean the existing metals out first. I heard lots get into your system during the removal. That is one of the reasons I have started making and drinking Kombucha tea.I read a few places that it cleans mercury. Then I read this post ( just the bottom testemonial)

This is a reply to # 134,613Thanks, Stonehedge...I'll check out the links. I haven't started the metal cleanse yet...I've got chlorella and cilantro and also an oral chelation formula that I'm going to try. I need some dental work done, too...but it will have to wait a while.
