I'll have a look at that page but I'm a big atkins fan. I've lost a lot of weight with it already. And it keeps my blood Sugar stable. Plus I have to disagree, he does recognise that there are different types of fat and he also says that some people can't do his high fat diet because thier bodies are fat sensitive.
