Yes you juice the pumpkin, seeds, junk inside and the rind so you need a good juicer. I mean not a Norwalk but a fairly strong one. I have a Moulinex Juice Master and it works great and under one hundred dollars. I did this after reading on Barefoot's forum about how it would cure HIV, and I don't have HIV but I do have an auto immune disease.

The other one I suggest is the pomegrante rind powder. It is extremely powerful. I live in Jordan and cannot get the normal ones like Barefoot and humaworm so I had to come up with natural cures.

I had worms on the brain and I got rid of them. The best thing I do is hardley any meats, a very healthy diet and large amounts of fruits. Learning what worms hate is the best defense.
