I first started my pumpkin cleanse several months ago and saw it on the barefoot site in his dewormer book. He said that someone told him that if you juiced a whole pumpkin you would get rid of HIV. Well didn't have HIV but did have MS. So here is my 3 flushes.
1. I juiced a pumpkin and drank the juice in 3 different days. Saw help but not enough.
2. I juiced a whole pumpkin and drank it in 3 hours and got sicker than a dog, but saw tons of parasites and cleaned my entire system out.
3. I juiced a huge pumpkin and fasted for 4 days and then after break my fast with a lite meal drank nothing but pumpkin and pineapple. Saw little help other than a very clean colon.
So which do I recommend, the Quickie!!

I assume you juice the seeds and all, right? Have you had any success with other parasite remedies before the pumpkin?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,345,338Yes you juice the pumpkin, seeds, junk inside and the rind so you need a good juicer. I mean not a Norwalk but a fairly strong one. I have a Moulinex Juice Master and it works great and under one hundred dollars. I did this after reading on Barefoot's forum about how it would cure HIV, and I don't have HIV but I do have an auto immune disease.

the other one for ascaris is to eat 7 dates before you sleep.
The other one I suggest is the pomegrante rind powder. It is extremely powerful. I live in Jordan and cannot get the normal ones like Barefoot and humaworm so I had to come up with natural cures.
I had worms on the brain and I got rid of them. The best thing I do is hardley any meats, a very healthy diet and large amounts of fruits. Learning what worms hate is the best defense.
