I used to get this a lot. I got rid of it with four things:
I exercise almost everyday...and sweat
I drink a good supply of water
I drink a good detox tea
I eat as many anti inflammatory foods as I can handle, the biggest being Kale. I tear this up and eat it in my salad about 5 days a week.
But I agree with the above poster...dehydration will do it to you....everytime.
You might want to also looking into bathing. I try to do the king of baths at least once a week. Epsom Salts , Sea Salt , Hydrogen Peroxide and lavender. That is a great thing to do for your body! Thank you Trapper.
