Finished Cleanse (4th attempt to post!)

Well, I finished my 5 day liver cleanse. On two days, I got out about 200+ yellow things the size of peas floating on top of the water. ON the 5th day, I went to the bathroom at 3 AM and was amazed at what I saw! I got out what I thought was TONS of mucoid plaque (looked like blackish seaweed!) and some pieces were quite large. The whole bowl was black!!!! It reminded me of the stuff that comes out of the bathroom sink pipe. What was this? Can one actually release plaque while on a liver cleanse? In the meantime, I got a very bad sinus infection on the 2nd day of the cleanse. It just hit me like a bomb, and I'm still trying to clear out. Funny thing, whenever I relesed something in the bathroom, minutes after, my sinuses would start pouring out! Is there a link?
