It could be plaque...the increased bile flow, lubrication from the oil, and Epsom Salt flush could have knocked a bunch of it loose. And, yep...there is a connection to your sinuses. As gunk starts clearing out lymph fluid starts to circulate better and everything gets flowing. This is one reason why it's good to do an enema or colonic as soon as you feel a bug coming on...it will often clear it right out! Tweet
