Re: Day 9 of a 21 day water fast

well, i am not on a fast of any specific days... but today is day 20!... I am doing a complete fast and will end it when i feel true hunger and my tongue is pink!... it will be nice to wake up everyday without morning breath!... i look forward to it....

I was over the food addiction pangs of "appetite" by my day 3 or so. Since then i cook most my families meals and love the smell of all the fresh seasonings and meats.

on day 11 i starting have a healing crisis where i broke out in a rash all over my inner arms, legs and stomach... today, at day 20 i still have a few patches but nothing like the beginning. This was my body sending toxins out my skin.

on day 16, i began having another healing crisis, this one in my digestive track. it spent a couple of days at the base os my esophagus, and a couple in my stomach....

i have had a few days where i can't stand up hardly at all.. and days where i am cleaning the house like a mad woman....

they say about day 20 is where you reach clarity of mind and spirituality. All i know is i am actually getting some work done today after almost 3 weeks of fasting!.. hahaha
