Yogurt is better by far. Use Goat yogurt if you can. Raw is the best. Drain the whey off the yogurt and instructions on this forum for draining yogurt. Add 1/4 cup of drained yogurt or 1/2 cup of yogurt to 2 T. of ground flax seed. If you are using oil use half the amount and mix well. you can add fruits and cayenne (bit if you like)
