--answer--Death by Protein--

Hi west4,

Your question: I made a mistake. I am using a half teaspoon instead of a teaspoon. So I am taking half as much of what I said in my original post, one half teaspoon of epsom salt and one teaspoon of calcium carbonate.

Is one half teaspoon of epsom salt still too much?

Answer: Each person may have Different needs according to their Genetics and how and what they eat?

The rule is that we take enough to provide for our body to have easy bowel movements each day ! Too much may Cause Scoots, so if this happens we know we need to back off the amount we are taking ! Likewise if we are not having Good bowel movements each day, then we may need to increase the amount taken?

I have known of folks whom needed to take 1 Tablespoonful at a time each day to get their self working, it just depends upon the person?

Cause and Effect !

Smile Tis your choice.
