I'm still a bit unsure which way to continue, i do want to let my body get some rest as i feel really exhausted, but i dont want to let those worms reinforce their position either.

Constipation sounds a much better option for me now, my bum is getting sore from all the wiping and im running out of toilet paper again..Its surprising how much stuff can come out even though i have practically nothing to eat today at all except for pumpkin seeds and pineapple. Tweet
