I've had my gallbladder removed. Whenever I eat anything oily or fatty I get zits and even the beginings of hives on my face. It's very unpleasant. I also get pains across my stomach after oil.
So naturally, I'm worried about doing a flush and consuming half a cup of olive oil. I'm afraid I'll be in pain and my face will erupt. Weird thing is, the oil problem is probably caused by a stagnant liver in the first place.
But can I be sure I'm not harming myself in the process of doing a liver flush?
