Success at last !!!

Hi Tracey and everyone.
Well my 2nd Liver Flush is over.
It is 3.30 here Sunday afternoon, and I had the most incredible flush.
I have to say thanks to Southern Belle for the recipe which I printed from here and did all that you said.
Tracey, I don’t know why I passed the stones last night just with the Epsom Salts drink, but that made me pretty happy and I just knew that I was going to do great.
I felt a bit sick at 3.30a.m. and told myself that I wouldn’t do this again….lol… The oil was repeating and I just talked myself through it until the nauseous waves passed over.
I went to the loo after the feeling passed, and that was the first since going to bed at 10.00p.m. still managed to sleep on until 6.00a.m. without too much discomfort.
This was the start of many green stones being flushed
I am just over the moon with my results.
Mostly green stones, nothing bigger than a broad bean, and the others varied between pea to lentil size. Some really dark green. The rest were sandy coloured and broke up straight away.
I think overall I have probably passed well over 100 stones.
Yes, I will do it again, and keep on doing it until my health improves.
I wonder how big the biggest one will be.
I will keep you all posted in a few weeks time.
