Here we go again!!

Hi Everyone,
Well it has been 3 weeks since my first flush that only passed sandy/grainy stuff.
It is 2.00p.m and I have stopped eating and drinking for the day. Will take the Epsom Salts in grapefruit juice at 6.00 and I am going to use Olive-Oil this time (Not Flaxseed Oil).
I am feeling more positive today, and will come back tomorrow to let you know how I faired.

It's just gotta work today.
