I'll be eating only fruit for breakfast this week, and then only veggies for lunch and dinner. I'll be trying my best to do this fast starting next week.
I will say, it will be very hard seeing next Sunday is Superbowl, but I will start tomorrow putting my mind into the fact that I will be doing this for my health. Plus I'm going away next Sunday up north to see my friend, so that will help with any temptations!!!!!! Superbowl usually consists of fried foods and other not-so-healthy foods, so I'm glad I'll be away!!!! LOL
