hi , If the Acne is appearing in the week before your period it is more than likely hormone related. Have you had your progesterone levels checked??? I had very low progesterone levels after the mirena was removed and had pimples along my jaw line and forhead. I started using a bio-identical progesterone cream and the pimples are gone and my hair and skin are much better. Hope this helps,
