About organic vs. raw

I have been researching organic and non organic food for years. My conclusion and firm believe is organic anything is better. Not just food - cloths, soaps, detergents, etc. Everything is so full of poisons.
Bottom line is you think blueberries, green salad, spinach, broccoli are healthy - well, before they finally get to your fridge they have been sprayed with various pesticides, herbicides, etc - up to 26 times!
It is better situation with nuts , avocado, lemons - they have shell and you could pill them so most of the poisins will be discarded.
Fish - full of mercury. Meat - hormones, steroids...
Water - all of the above plus chlorine!

So, you decide.

Personally, I prefer organic. I do eat raw fruit and veg. as much as I can [90%] but if I have to choose between organic fish and non organic lettuce I'll go for fish every single time.

Very informative sites are surprisingly gov sites - at least there in the UK, like Scottish Environment Protection Agency http://www.sepa.org.uk/, http://www.environment-agency.gov.uk/, EPA UK, DEFRA, and many many more...They produce annual reports on how much poisons are there in our water, air, food....
