Re: Small Fiber Neuropathy Supplements

first off do NOT take alpha lipoic acid if you have mercury Amalgam fillings in your teeth. it will leach the mercury into your system.

if i were you i would look into Amalgam filling induced mercury toxicity. specificaly look at Andy Cutler's protocol.

http://amalgamillness.com/

here is the basic of the cutler protocol

there is also a cutler yahoo forum you can join.

nerves need fat, its critical. the best forms of fat are raw or lightly cooked egg yolks from high quality eggs, fresh ground flax seed meal, flax oil, and grass fed organic red meat.

b vitamins are also critical for nerves. you can get a full spectrum b supplement or you can get some fortified nutritional yeast from red star or do both. i prefer the yeast.

cleaning out the liver is also key. look at the Liver Flushing forum here on curezone and consider doing some liver flushes.

vitamin C keeps your blood vessels and blood flow healthy. its essential. best way to take it is to get some acerola powder and some grape seed extract, then take the Vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid) at the same time you take the acerola and grape seed. they all work synergistally together.

cayenne pepper will stimulate nerves also. Dr. Schulze has the best cayenne tincture on the market. you can add some drops to some lemonade or tea everyday.

that should get you started.

i wish you the very best!
