I lost 28 lbs in the 33 days and 5 lbs since then. I did work out, but not with weights. I played basketball 2 times a week and jogged. My skin felt loose for a while but seems to be tightening up. I don't know if this would be everyone's experience though. From what I understand, heavy weight lifting on an extended fast is not good, but cardio and light weights are great; correct me if I'm wrong!
