I couldn't find anything on the specific cells you mentioned,
many kinds of cells could be damaged due to oxidative stress though they can of course be replaced or repaired as can collagen
The best thing is to not cause oxidative stress and if Miracle-Mineral-Supplement was used wisely and carefully only when really needed this shouldn't happen
