Any effect Miracle-Mineral-Supplement has on cells is due to the damage caused by the oxidation from chlorine dioxide or chlorite and cells are protected from this so it is only likely to happen with high concentration as in the stomach or with high doses.
Too much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can also deplete antioxidants leading to damage by other free radicals
or reactive oxygen species

I have no idea what mylar cells are and havent found anything, perhaps you could provide a link to where you got the information
