You've got until next month? Can you check a local college? I know that some colleges are literally nearing the end of "winter break". Days away. Can you check any local classes to see what's available? Perhaps, just perhaps, there are still some openings left to give you a couple weeks' training in something that you would love to do, but don't have the knowledge or "certificate" to do.

I can remember when I took one writing class; there were only two days left to sign up, (and one "hated" teacher left to teach the ONE class I wanted), and it was the best thing I could have done. She was tough as nails, I worked my "head" off, and it was actually quite rewarding.

It wasn't for pay, but it was "meant" to be, and for other reasons.
