That does look good. I wonder if the coconut can offset the goitrogens in there, since it promotes thyroid function.

It's weird. I feel AWESOME when I avoid goitrogens. It's like 25 degrees outside and it feels GOOD for me to be out in it.

But when I eat anything like garlic, cabbage, broccoli or something, I begin clinching my teeth in the cold and begin shaking uncontrollably out in the cold.

It's certainly weird.

I wonder if my thyroid was just physically damaged or something and it's only partially functioning, even with the Iodine and selenium?

Or maybe it could just take years to fully heal?

Not sure.
