nearly all the nutrients are in the juice. what is left is mostly non nutritious fiber. the reason juicing is so great is that it allows you to extract the nutrients and leave the fiber. if you ate all the veggies instead of juicing them, y9u body would be overwhelmed by all the fiber and would have to work hard to pass all that fiber through the bowels. the juice on the other hand is absorbed quickly and easily. eating the fiber after you juice would defeat the purpose of juicing, although it makes great garden mulch and someone said they were going to make cookies out it, but i don't know how that went.
