Re: I feel like I am DYING!

"I am sure my body is craving the fruits and veggies because of this. I have REALLY enjoyed them, especially red grapefruit. It's like candy to me now."

Fruits are natural candy. The only reason people don't like them is because people have a warped sense of taste. Also, there is a sugar conspiracy where all sugars are labeled as bad, so people think fruit is unhealthy. They couldn't be further from the truth.

"One thing the LC did for me was take care of the cravings for junk sugars.
Now even raspberries taste very sweet."

At least you got some benefits out of your diet. Now you can achieve even greater levels of health and weight loss by applying a diet of fruit juice and vegetables. Replace the soda with orange juice, and eat a wide variety of vegetables. You won't need junk because Nature already provides a plethora of foods to satisfy the taste buds.

"I am sure I had to go thru the LC diet. It was a learning experience."

If there's anything more important than health, it's knowledge. Knowledge is the only way to avoid being scammed by commercial advertising and self-serving greediness. Always be willing to learn, keep an open mind, and your potential in life becomes endless.

"I am not sure I have the fortitude you do, to be able to work or function well with the headache I had yesterday (I truly could not see well) but I think now I will be able to just 'grin and bare it'"

I hope you have plenty of time to rest. Detoxing too quickly can be counterproductive. Symptoms such as blurry vision and vertigo aren't good, even when they are symptoms of healing. One's quest for health isn't very productive if they can't see well enough to cross a busy street. That is more of a recipe for death rather than health. This is why most of the old fasting experts from the early 20th century recommend complete rest under supervision for people with serious health issues.

"I have to read more about this! I took gymnastics in high school.. is this similar?"

Parkour has many similarities to gymnastics. Parkour uses natural body movements to overcome obstacles in one's path. I use simple vaults, circle-ups, jumping, climbing, cat leaps (jumping into a vertical surface and latching onto it), and other techniques to run around in my environment. To play. When I go to the park, people often disappear very quickly because they don't want their kids seeing me. If most people tried to do even half of the exercises I do on a daily basis, they would probably injure their wrist or ankle and have their face planted into the concrete. I saw a friend fall onto the concrete when he tried to vault over a picnic table. But he has such health and strength that he merely picked himself back up off the concrete as if nothing had happened, and proceeded to successfully complete an even more difficult vault over the table.

My normal routine is running in and vaulting over a picnic table and bench a few times. Then I climb up the fireman's pole and monkey bars and drop from the platforms. I then do some circle-ups and pull-ups. Then some push-ups. I switch to isometrics such as horse stance or arm hanging (hanging from the monkey bars). Then I take a walk or a jog around the block.

Every now and again I'll take a very long bike ride (several hours) and stop by the park on the way back to meditate and practice techniques for new vaults. I usually play with the kids at the park because kids are a lot of fun and have great imagination. You can always tell the spoiled kids from the kids raised by intelligent parents. Spoiled kids are always very jealous and they refuse to play tag or hide and seek with me because they say I am cheating. They don't care about having fun, they only care about WINNING, because society says your are a loser if you aren't a winner. People think that they must be something sensational to be successfull in life, and this belief brings them all kinds of misery. It is a pity that people teach their eight year old kids this kind of rubbish.
