Hi and thank you,

I am having normal BM's, actually a little more than normal.
I DO think now that it could be potassium loss.

I am not doing a total water fast.. I am having fruit and veggie juices..
I have some dates in the cabinet.. I know they have LOTS of potassium. Going to eat a couple of those.. will report back in a couple of hours to see how the headache is coming.
