HIV or AIDS?

Rardless if people believe in the virus or not, I have experienced some real health problems before I took any medications.

Meds were my last resort.

Officially I have been positive for over 14 years and have had my share of doctors, medications, shaman, and snake oil practitioners.


Whatever you decide to do to address any health problem, it always come down to lifestyle.

When my health really improved dramatically was when I attacked it nutritionally. I did therapy, massage, yoga, chiropractic, etc. but what I needed to do was to build up my immune system, not just attack an infection or keep it at bay. Most of us get sick because we are already immune deficient.

Last January, I learned about Dr. Ann Wigmore and her thirty+
years of research. She discovered a lifestyle, which includes a diet, that helps to maintain one's health. Now my immune system is stronger and able to handle any dis-ease on its own, with the help of organic foods, exercise, healthy relationships, spirituality, a relatively stress-free existence, and so forth. Don't be sucked into anything that you do not believe will help you.

I have spent thousands of dollars on vitamins, minerals, herbs,
acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and what has helped me the most is the living foods lifestyle. My doctor agrees with this. Currently I am on no meds, and I am a full time student getting a second Masters degree and no illness. Life looks good. Another thing I would recommend is to rebound ( use a mini trampoline).
