Re: Soaking Nuts And Seeds

Nuts are a soak not a sprout. After soakimg for 24hrs. they are ready and if you change the water at least once a day they will keep for 5-7 days.I soak the almonds I get direct from T&S ranch for 2 days and rinse often until the rinse water comes clean.I find the brazil nuts to have a very good taste and mouth feel, the cashews turn to mush and the macs are just heavenly.Soaking is easy and fast from a time consumption stand point.Just remember a little goes a long way, lots of good fat and alot of calories as well.
