That's a great tip as for moving the head. I actually have to take my glasses off when reading the PC screen. It's that old hit age 40 reading problem. One of the reasons I stopped contact lenses. They were great for distance but had to put reading glasses over them to read. Now I'd rather just take my glasses off when reading.
