I watched a Jordan Maxwell video on this and he said to tell who ever addresses you in all capitals "That's not me". Don't sign it and make them change it for the same reasons you just mentioned. If they don't do it, tell them "Well you're addressing someone else". I'm trying it next time and see the reaction just for the heck of it. Probably won't do any good because they only use capitols on documents that are important. But I'll feel better knowing I just gave them the one finger salute. Tweet
