I hired a guy to help me with my civil suits and he typed everything in them in CAPITALS. He was a kind of con man roaming around the court house pretending to be some kind of legal aid. He was well known to the judges. Unfortunately he didnt know what he was doing.

So what your saying is that because your name on your birth certificate is in capitals you are a slave? Nobody in the court house ever mentioned anything legal or illegal about those capitals other than the moment they saw them they knew who had typed them.
