Re: b complex jittery?

I was going to suggest the coenzyme versions myself.. as well as a balanced b vitamin (i.e. not all 50mg or whatever). The coenzymes are the versions of the vitamins that are already active for you, and you do not have to convert them. E.g. cyanocobalamin needs to be changed in the liver (its a b12) to a more active form. If you buy methylcobalamin, no conversions are needed. In some people, you are missing components needed for the transition to active vitamins, so the vitamins will not work well for you, or cause other imbalances.

I take the country life coenzyme b http://www.vitacost.com/Country-Life-Coenzyme-B-Complex
and never had an issues (it does have soy though, so if that is an issue, try the food compound types..)
