I have the same problem whenever I take B vitamins that are not coenzymated. When I take the coenzymated versions I don't get that problem. It's worth trying. I also found that the whole food sources were not as well assimilated so I ended up not getting the nutrients. I'm not sure I agree with the approach of feeding synthetic nutrients to growing yeast and claiming it's whole food. Real whole food supplemnets cost more, have lower potencies and are hard to assimilate for those with diogestive or liver problems.
