Re: fasting can't sleep

Hello.
During my first fast I had a hard time sleeping at first because I ate alot before bed. So, when I fasted the food sedative effect was gone. Overtime, I slept better but yes it was hard in the beginning. Hang in there it gets better.

For me, joint aches are normal. they were always there just the overeating and toxins dulled my ability to notice the pain. Generally, fasting helps the mind become sharper. So overall body awareness will increase. I picture in my mind water drinking helps to release the toxins causing some aches.

some ache remedies i do to manage the pain are
1)tai chi/qigong
2)homemade heating pads (i fill a sock full of rice and pop it in the microwave)
3)i also take baths
4)self-massage

ya dig?
