Re: Please Help Tell me if you have exsperienced these symptoms with the Mirena IUD??

My OBGYN told me flat out there were "no side effect" from the mirena, both at insertion as well as when I had it removed 6 weeks ago. (even though he had to have recieved the update from the fda listing all the side effects). although i feel crappy today, (which is why I am posting so much) I am soooo much better than when it was in. I just posted under the class action suit section all my symptoms, so I wont repeat. There is a SLEW of research discounting what your doc is saying, and many docs who disagree with him-find one of them! It took me 4 1/2 years to figure out what was going on-no thanks to my ex docs (I have found new one, who agree with me)-and I can never get that time with my children/hubbie back. the symptoms are progressive, and get worse...MUCH worse in most cases.
