Re: liver/age spots

Not sure if what you have is an age, liver or sunspot considering your age it sounds like a sunspot.

Recently I had some success with eliminating what I believed to be "sunspots". After extensive research to do this naturally and implementing castor oil, vitamin C powder, iodine, fasting, liver flushes and herbal combos nothing seemed to work.

Finally I turned to something called "Sunspot ES" that has almost eliminated these spots. It has aloe vera, tea tree and a few other ingredients that seemed okay considering my herbal preference. My spot was right on my cheek so I was ready to have this resolved!

In my latest research I did come across a site saying that many people were applying apple cider vinegar with successful results to sunspots. They applied the liquid to a cotton ball and taped it over the spot plus drank 3 T daily in the am & pm.

This sounded good but I was already using this other product that was showing results. It seems these spots are a result of toxins trapped in the body. I was advised to fast but this didn't do much for me. Now 3 of the lighter spots are gone and 1 is almost gone. It did look worse for awhile before getting better.

Not sure where I heard this but age spots can also be from not enough Essential Fats in the diet. Udo's is a good tasting effective Oil to help with this.

Good Luck whatever you choose!
