Hi all I have found some adaptogens that are working for my adrenals and I have been able to get off of the hydrocortisone and isocorts and glandular bovine adrenal for good. I wrote about this before but we were just talking about adaptogen's in this thread so I thought I would tell you some that are very effective. They are by Natures Sunshine and they are called "Suma" and "Trigger Immune". Anyhow, I still have a way to go but have been taking these for 2 months and noticed an improvement right away.
