ladywear... its ok to have reactions to foods. I am not by any means saying eat what ever you have reactions to. I just dont judge the food as good or bad. If its a strong reaction, and it hurts pretty bad... by all means I will avoid it. But that doesnt make it bad... it just means there is a reaction. The whole good and bad thing when it comes to foods brings alot of stress and negativity.
So I eventually decided to just eat what I felt comfortable with... and if there was something I reacted to, I would avoid it as best I could. Or if I didnt really care about the reaction I would eat it. And eventually the reactions to certain foods went away on their own. I mean there was always a level of "infection" and illness, but I just made the decision to tolerate a level of it so I could function and be happy in life. And slowly the illnesses faded away, as did the reactions to certain foods. I never really focused on the illness, I just focused on feeling as best I could.
Being happy and being sick physically is possible. Just like being physically healthy and being miserable is also possible. Each to their own though...
